A-HD Review

BPI A-HD ReviewWe were excited when we heard about the release of A-HD from BPI. BPI is known for their extremely potent pre workout supplement, 1MR (1 More Rep). The entire supplement line from BPI seems to get positive reviews, so they have a solid reputation in the supplement industry. That being said we expected a high quality testosterone boosting supplement when BPI came out this, leading to our A-HD review.

BPI A-HD is boldly advertised at the #1 king testosterone booster among all other natural test boosting supplements. A-HD is an androgenic/estrogenic modulator that increases your body’s ability to increase testosterone. It also acts as a hardening agent that eliminates bloating and gives your muscles that dry look. A-HD is also known as a post cycle supplement help you keep building muscle along with giving you razor sharp cuts.

The A-HD Experience

We’ve seen in our A-HD review that many people use it as a post cycle supplement after coming off of a more potent pro hormone cycle. For this purpose, BPI A-HD works quite well as you don’t feel like you lose any gains after being on a pro hormone cycle. A-HD lives up to its claim of drying you out and helping your muscles become more defined and cut.

It also seems to do a good job of balancing your hormones, testosterone and estrogen. Those that took A-HD in hopes of attaining substantial muscle mass and strength gains were a little disappointed.

Pros: Gives your muscles that dry, grainy look. Helps you get cut and build lean muscle. There’s no bloating or holding water weight. Only one capsule daily.

Cons: A-HD may not grant you the extreme muscle gains.

A-HD Label – Ingredients

In our A-HD review we found that the label instructs you to take one capsule daily. This is a plus as many testosterone boosters say to take them two to three times a day. The majority of the ingredients in A-HD are under a proprietary blend, which we’re not a fan of proprietary blends.

We also recommend, as always, doing your own research on the ingredients, especially when there’s a proprietary blend. You want to find out what doses of each ingredient are optimal.

BPI A-HD Label:

> Niacin

> (3s,4s)-4-[(3,4-Dimethoxyphenyl)methyl]-3-Hydroxy-3-[[3-Methoxy-4-[(2s,3r,4s,5r,6r)-3,4,5-Trihydroxy-6-(Hydroxymethyl)oxan-2-Yl]oxy-Phenyl]methyl]oxolan-2-One

Another note on the instructions is the label says to take A-HD for four to eight weeks consecutively for best results. It also recommends taking a break from A-HD for four weeks after an eight week cycle. From our experience, we recommend going a full eight weeks with BPI A-HD.

Conclusion – BPI A-HD Review

BPI A-HD seems like a solid testosterone booster for getting leaner, harder, and dryer. It’s one of the few test boosters that doesn’t make you retain water. Our A-HD review has shown us that it’s also a great product for balancing your hormones.

A-HD probably isn’t the best supplement for a mass cycle or if you’re looking to gain strength. You’ll gain muscle and strength, but the gains will more than likely be subtle. BPI A-HD is more for someone who’s looking for to increase testosterone without increasing estrogen (balancing hormones), and who wants to get dryer and leaner. And A-HD is one of the better testosterone boosters for keeping your gains after a pro hormone cycle.
